[oXygen-sdk] Setting attribute values for topicref

      Hi,
  I am using the Ditamap framework and I would like to set default values
for the "type" and "scope" attribute using the Action ID "insert.topicref".
However, this action does not seem to be accepting any arguments.
  Is there a reason for this?
