Hi everyone, In Oxygen version 23 (November this year) we want to add two new features to enhance editing: 1) In the DITA Maps Manager the DITA Maps referenced directly or indirectly in the main opened DITA Map will be editable and saving the main DITA Map will also save the modified submaps. 2) In the main editing area if a DITA Map is opened with all topicrefs expanded, all referenced topics will be editable, allowing people to modify and save content from all topics in a single large document. I'm not sure how this will influence editing when Oxygen works with a Content Management System (CMS), so if there are CMS vendors willing to test this new functionality with their plugins and to discuss this further, please contact me directly (radu_coravu@sync.ro) and I will give you more details and a nightly build of Oxygen 23 for tests.
