Hi,

I miss in the FOP produced PDF some index features which I meticulously added to the xml, but which are not respected in pdf:

foreignphrase and emphasis are not respected in the index, there isnot any term in italics
all the terms where significance has been set to "preferred" are not shown in bold.

I wonder whether this is the place to wish that the features are included in FOP or where to ask it.

Please point me to the proper organisation.
