I am guessing there is some parameter I need to specify in my transformation stylesheet, but what is it? I see only body font family on http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/doc/fo/index.html, nothing that would allow me to do italics and colors.
What do I do to make a different color font and add emphasis or strong to individual words?
