[oXygen-user] Oxygen does not recognize DITA <steps-informal>

I get an error with this markup, which I think should be valid for DITA 1.2: <task id="d3e123"> <title>Words here</title> <taskbody> <steps-informal></steps-informal> </taskbody> </task> Here's the error: ------- E [Xerces] Unexpected element "steps-informal". The content of the parent element type must match "(prereq?,context?,(steps|steps-unordered)?,result?,example?,postreq?)". ------- Shouldn't Oxygen call this valid?
