I commonly use the same code templates in Xml and Xsl documents.  Beside duplicating and besides setting the association to All Editors is there a way to define a code template for Xml and Xsl editors?  I rarely author html pages directly, but I suppose these html code snippets, specifically Twitter Bootstrap code snippets,  should have the same consideration.
