Hi Nathan, A couple more questions: If when working with the Mac OSX Oxygen installation you go to the Oxygen Preferences->"Editor / Edit modes / Author / Profiling/Conditional Text" page and edit one of the profiling condition sets you have defined, does the condition set point properly to the DITAVAL file? Did you save profiling condition sets at project level when Oxygen was running on Windows and then use them on Mac OSX? How exactly did you share the defined profiling condition sets between MAC and Windows? Hi Nathan,
We would need more details about this one. Could you write us directly (support@oxygenxml.com), provide a sample DITA Map + a DITAVAL filter file and more details to reproduce the issue on our side?

Hi Radu, The problem I am having is "after" I set the profiling attributes using ditaval and selecting the profiling condition set using drop down filter. The greying out action never happens on mac, but it works fine on windows.
Please find below the attached images in windows and in mac which show how greying works in windows but not mac.
