Dear Sascha, Oxygen has support to create code templates (Oxygen Preferences->"Editor / Templates / Code Templates" page). So for example you could create a code template for inserting a certain entity. In Oxygen 17.0 (spring of 2015) you will also have the possibility assign a keyboard shortcut to a defined code template. In the meantime, if you are working in the Author visual editing mode and there is a document type configuration associated to your XML document you can create your own Author extension action for inserting that entity reference and set a keyboard shortcut to that action. What type of XML documents are you editing? DITA, Docbook, etc? If you are interested in this approach I could try to give you more details. Hello List,
does anyone know if a Shortcut exists for accessing the entities in Author-Mode without using the Mouse?
