I can confirm that the problems goes away under eclipse 3.3/oxygen 8.2 on both Windows XP and Linux (Fedora 7 core) platforms Jacek Radajewski Technical Architect Architecture and Standards Queensland Government Chief Information Office Ph: +61 7 3235 9360 Mob: +61 422 018 501 ________________________________ From: oxygen-user-bounces@oxygenxml.com [mailto:oxygen-user-bounces@oxygenxml.com] On Behalf Of Mircea Enachescu Sent: Thursday, 20 September 2007 6:43 PM To: oXygen-user@oxygenxml.com Subject: Re: [oXygen-user] emacs key binding in eclipse Hi Jacek, We performed some tests with both versions of the 8.2 plugin, for Eclipse 3.2 and Eclipse 3.3. While in the 3.2 version of Eclipse the key bindings for Emacs do not work indeed, there is not the same situation for Eclipse 3.3. Since there are no differences between the 8.2 versions (for 3.2 and 3.3) related with key bindings we suspect that there are some issues of the Eclipse itself. We strongly recommend you to use the 3.3 version of Eclipse, with a proper oXygen 8.2 plugin installed. We'll investigate the problem further and let you know if there is any progress.
