The MarkLogic debugger support will be improved in the next version of Oxygen(12.0). We are currently concentrating on improving usability of the existing features. There are also long term plans to support profiling for MarkLogic, the support will eventually be implemented in a future version of Oxygen. XQuery profiling support is only available for Saxon 9.2. No profiling support is available for database XQuery engines. XSLT profiling support is available for Saxon(6.5.5 and 9.2) and Xalan.

Thanks for the confirmation. Do you know if there are any plan to add something like the profiling infos provided by CQ for MarkLogic?
