[oXygen-user] Refactoring operation to transform the first row of all tables in a set of DITA topics to a header row

Hi group I've got a bunch of DITA topics with tables which do not have a header row yet, so I was wondering whether there is a refactoring operation available somewhere which transforms the first row(s) of all tables in a set of DITA topics to a header row? Thanks Yves
