Fixed a NullPointerException that could appear at startup when the XPath toolbar history was loaded.

Quite frequently, when I start up oXygen 13.2 on Mac OS X 10.6.8, I get the exception below. It is not a big issue, since oXygen always starts up the next time, but I wonder what the cause could be? I have not tinkered with the installation and I don't recall having this problem with prior versions.
