Hello, I'm afraid this isn't currently possible with a simple action. One way of doing this in one go is to use two different projects and configure for each of them a layout and a tag mode. Then when you change the project it would change both the layout and tag mode. Note that changing the project will also close all open files for the old project and reopen the ones associated with the new project. So it may not be a good solution. You've already found the layout options(Options -> Preferences -> Perspectives Layout), all you need to do there is configure the layout for each of the projects and select the "Project Options" radio from the bottom of the page. The same can be done for the tag mode in Options -> Preferences -> Editor -> Pages -> Author, Tags, Tags display mode. And don't forget to select the "Project Options" radio from the bottom of the page. Hi group
I've got two "perspective layouts":
- One for the tech writer with tags shown and the relevant panels and toolbars open - One for the SME with tags hidden and only the DITA Maps Manager and the Elements and Attributes panels open.
When I want to select the other perspectives layout, I have to do this in Options > Preferences, and then also click the Full Tags/No Tags button.
Is there a way to do both actions in 1 click? It would be nice to have a button (or a keybord shortcut) to switch between my layouts.
Cheers
