[oXygen-user] Weird-looking images in PDF when using Oxygen 10.x + DITA OT 1.x

I'm using Oxygen 10.x + DITA OT 1.x The PDFs compile just fine, but when I print them,the little "hand" icons used for the notes appears as a jumbled mess. All other GIFs are mangled, too. Is this a feature of the OT/PDF creation? Or is this something I can "tune" or fix in Oxygen 10 or the OT?
