I'm not sure why this is occurring: I have a few topics excluded by a ditaval file, and now, when I build, it's causing a java.io.FileNotFoundException: [xslt] [DOTX031E][ERROR]: The file file:///C:/p4_perforce1666_WLORETI/redbird/ide/main/com.vocollect.voiceb uilder.help.dita/temp/../../voice-app-schema.xml is not available to resolve link information. Either the file could not be found, or a DITAVAL file was used to remove the file's contents. Be aware that the path information above may not match the link in your topic.
