I'm seeing the same thing, now that you mention it: the help system's fonts are HUGE, even when using View > Fonts to specify the "Smallest" font setting.
 
This shows how rarely I look at the oXygen help files: I've had 10.3 installed since the day it was announced and didn't notice this issue until it was pointed out.

Speaking of help...  I downloaded and installed 10.3 on my WinXP Pro machine the other day and discovered that the formatting in the online help files has gone, well, wild...  Really big fonts of random sizes everywhere.  Unfortunately, even though I'm one to boost fonts, these fonts are way too big to do any onscreen reading.

Is this a glitch or a known problem?
