Hi, I can't reproduce this problem with Eclipse 4.5.1 or 4.3.2. Any idea when this broke or if it was broken from the start? Did you maybe make any changes to the Windows theme/colors? Did you adjust any colors in the Eclipse and/or Oxygen preferences?
No changs in settings.
If you switch (or create a new) Eclipse workspace (File > Switch Workspace), does it come back?
