Technically speaking, for the same version of Fluenta there are no differences. However there are other non-technical differences, such as the fact that the full version offers priority support from its creators. Another difference is the fact that, due to some changes in the licensing of Fluenta, we have frozen the development of the add-on. So, theoretically, no future releases or updates for this add-on, unfortunately.
