[oXygen-user] Ghost Instance of Oxygen Running

Hello All, I noticed that when I open Oxygen, my taskbar will show two instances (buttons). Only one of them would max/minimize the application on click. The version is 11.2. How can I fix this? Are there side effects on the JVM costs? Thanks, Shaun
