[oXygen-user] How to set the color to black and white?

Hi Folks, My aging eyes need greater contrast than the default settings provide. Black/white is, of course, the greatest contrast possible. I've been able to find the color settings for most things, but there are a few stubborn items that I cannot seem to change. See the below items in blue.
