The "Large file" dialog which pops up regarding the loading optimizations for large (or huge) files is triggered by an option you can find in oXygen in the menu Editor > Open/Save, under the "Performance" section.
To trigger the dialog for any large files you further open in oXygen, just enable the "Show warning when opening large documents" option in the Open/Save preferences window from the above specified menu.
Also, the default size value for the "Optimize loading in the Text edit mode for files over (MB)" setting in the same section is "30", so either you manually enter this value, or just reset the settings to their defaults, with the "Restore Defaults" button.
