I'm afraid that for now besides making the code templates available on all editor types, there are no other possibilities to explicitly state for what content types the code templates should be available. If we manage to improve on this in the future we'll get back to you.

I commonly use the same code templates in Xml and Xsl documents.  Beside duplicating and besides setting the association to All Editors is there a way to define a code template for Xml and Xsl editors?  I rarely author html pages directly, but I suppose these html code snippets, specifically Twitter Bootstrap code snippets,  should have the same consideration.
