Hi David, Thanks for your note. We are aware of that. However when an external file is opened Eclipse cannot offer full support for editing it. As an example there is not possible to add markers on it so this makes impossible error reporting and some other features that use markers. We will try to solve this before the new next release, if that will not be possible the next one will fix it for sure.
