Hi Florent, One thing you can try, and that may be useful if you did not made changes to the 10.2 options, is: 1. Move the *10.2.xml option files in some folder, and start oXygen 10.2. 2. Check if your external tools are available. 3. If you do not get the external tools or if you have defined already other 10.2 options then restore your option files saved at step 1 to get them back. If you can send the old options files sure, that helps, as we can try to see if we can reproduce these issues with them. From 10.1 too, on Win XP SP3. I've checked oxyOptionsSa10.1.xml and oxyOptionsSa10.2.xml and the former has my tool while not the later (at least with a simple full-text search.)
