If I click on continue, the same message occurs again

Yes the resource is available because If I use Oxygen 16.1, it works well.

I am doing; Select  “File / Open URL “ then  whatever I do: either I copy and paste my topic URL or as indicated below, I connect my remote repository.

The message complains about failing to acquire a lock on that resource.
What happens when you press Continue?

Is that resource actually available?
By what means (from what view) did you open it (Project, SharePoint Browser, Data Source Explorer) ?
