[oXygen-user] Create DITAVAL Files from Condition Sets?

I see that if I create a condition set and run the Toolkit using it, that Oxygen is generating a DITAVAL file in a temp location. Is there a way to save a condition set as a DITAVAL file? I realize that DITAVAL files are not hard to create by hand, just seemed like a convenient feature.
