Hi Frank, I'm afraid we do not have such a feature. So such an action would expand/collapse all sibling elements of the element on which you double-click or click using a certain modifier? I refer to the Project window, DITA Maps Manager and Outline view. This would be a useful feature. FrameMaker can do it! 😉
