What version of the Toolkit are you using? Are you using a Bookmap or a generic map? I've had this issue in the past and was looking for it in some PDF customization work I've been doing but haven't seen it. I just updated my Bookmap test to add navtitles to a chapter topic and a subchapter topic and I don't get either in the PDF output. This is with the 1.5.4M3 Toolkit. Cheers, E.
