I somehow turned off the 2nd row of menu icons in the DITA Maps perspective/view window (the left-side window that shows the DITA Map hierarchically). I don't know how I did it, but I can't turn it back on. The DITA Maps window is open, and I can use the top row of icons.
Can I reset this somehow?
