Hello all. Is there no way to format a document? I'm used to editors formatting (reformatting) code, and converting tabs-to-spaces or spaces-to-tabs as set in preferences. Does Oxygen not support this? Or do I not see it? Thanks.

See the "Format and Indent" action accessible from the XML menu and also from the editor toolbar.
