When I go to open the Oxygen project for the PDF5-ML [1] manual, I get a dialog box with: The 'pdf5_manual.xpr' project contains options that will change the application interface and behavior. To continue opening it, please confirm that the project comes from a trusted source. It is a trusted source, obviously, and I can look in the XML to see that some of the specified paths don't suit my system, but is there any way within Oxygen to review what these options will change? If there is, is there also any way to selectively enable or disable options? There's also no indication whether any of these option changes will persist after I open a different project.
