Hi Isabelle, By default the DITA Open Toolkit does not work at all for publishing DITA Maps from a shared network drive. We added some improvements to make this work but you have to set the base, output and temporary directories to point to directories on the local hard drive. Or you can try to map in Windows the shared network drive to a drive letter, in this way the DITA OT will consider it is running on the local hard drive. I didn’t make any customizations to the DITA OT, I’ve just changed the out parameters for the scenario “DITA Map PDF”: \\panoramix\LAMY_DEV\documentation\convcollDOC <file:///\\panoramix\LAMY_DEV\documentation\convcollDOC> instead of ${cfd}

I use Oxygen 13.1 on windows and the xml source files are on a Unix server.
