Hi Matthew, These actions are specific to the DITA document type. You must go into Preferences->Document Type Associations and edit the DITA document type. In the opened dialog select the Author tab. Inside the author panel select the Actions tab. The actions you are looking for have the IDs paste.reference and paste.content.reference. Edit them and in the edit dialog you can specify a shortcut.
