oXygen XML Editor 17 support for DITA-OT 2.1?

Hi, Really loving oXygen 17 here after just a week of use - the changes to the webhelp transformation (particularly the ability to embed the output in an iframe) is something that arrived at a perfect time for me, as I was in the middle of trying to figure out how to add our corporate header/footer to the output, and this made it much simpler. Something that we're getting ready to start doing is incorporating content written by non-writers - support staff and software developers. With the changes in DITA-OT coming up and the support for Commonmark, we've decided to leverage those capabilities to simplify our processes. I know oXygen 17 has support for DITA-OT 2.0, but I'm wondering if that support extends to 2.1, which is required to use the dita-ot-markdown plugin. As a secondary question, does anyone know of a transformation to get from DITA to Commonmark? Hi Jim, Thank you for the kind words. Please see some answers below:

I remember I tested at some point and Jarno's mark down to DITA plugin worked also with 2.0. But 2.1 should also work with Oxygen 17, just go to the Preferences->"DITA" page and set the main DITA OT folder to point to the downloaded DITA OT distribution. By the way, as a possible alternative, in Oxygen 17.0 we also added a custom conversion URL handler which could be used to point to different resources from a DITA Map and dynamically convert them to DITA. Some samples (among which conversion from Markdown to DITA) and a presentation can be found here:
As a secondary question, does anyone know of a transformation to get from DITA to Commonmark?
I think that Jarno Elovirta's plugin does both:
DITA-OT Markdown plug-in contains a custom parser for Markdown to allow using Markdown DITA as a source document format, and a transtype to generate Markdown from DITA source.
