Hi Karl, In the Oxygen Preferences->"Menu Shortcut Keys" page you can set a keyboard shortcut for the "SVG Viewer". Or: Another approach is to right click the SVG file in the Project view and choose "Preview". This will show the SVG in a dockable view. After making modifications to the edited SVG you can right click in the view and choose "Refresh". Or: After editing the SVG in the Text page, switch to the Author page to preview the SVG.
