This isn't really an Oxygen/DITA request, but since Subversion is included in Oxygen, here goes: I use SVN to check out/in my content. Oxygen usually creates a TMP and an OUT folder. Generally these folders contain content I don't need, so I ignore them using the SVN:ignore command in Subversion. But one of my co-writers checked in the content in the OUT folder for one of the projects, and I need that content. How do I reverse the SVN:ignore on a folder? I checked online & wasn't able to find anything useful or that made sense. I looked through some of the files in the .SVN folder, but I don't see anything that makes sense that I could edit to undo this.

The ignore info is stored in a property on the parent folder. If you need more details I can look it up but that should be enough to go on. You need a SVN tool that can edit document properties. -----Original Message----- From: oxygen-user-bounces@oxygenxml.com [mailto:oxygen-user-bounces@oxygenxml.com] On Behalf Of Stephen Matlock Sent: Friday, September 10, 2010 1:32 PM To: oxygen-user@oxygenxml.com; DITA Users Subject: [oXygen-user] Reversing an SVN ignore This isn't really an Oxygen/DITA request, but since Subversion is included in Oxygen, here goes: I use SVN to check out/in my content. AH! I FOUND IT! The svn:ignore property is in a folder **above** the current folder/subfolders. On Fri, Sep 10, 2010 at 10:31 AM, Stephen Matlock <stephenmatlock@gmail.com>wrote:

Thanks, David. I edited the content of "dir-prop-base" in Oxygen and saved it; then after I restarted Oxygen & Subversion I was able to get the folder. NOTE: If anyone plans on doing this themselves, I ***STRONGLY*** recommend you make a backup of the "dir-prop-base" file before you try this. You might end up making things not work the way you want. Isn't is as simple as doing an SVN add on the previously ignored folder? That seems to work for me. Mark
