Hi Matt, You can look in this DITA OT ANT build file to see how Antenna House executable is called to produce the PDF:

OXYGEN_INSTALL_DIR/frameworks/dita/DITA-OT/plugins/org.dita.pdf2/build_axf.xml

From what I see, you can define an environmental variable in your OS called "AXF_OPT" which should point to the Antenna House configuration file.
