[oXygen 21 & MacOs Monterey 12.01]

Hello, have you encountered instability with oXygen 21 and new Release of MacOs, 12.01 ? Just after OS upgrade, oXygen failed to start three or for times, and after few days trying not to work with XML, it now works correctly. Well, at least, it seems to start correctly. I know, I have to buy an upgrade, but I have no plan to do it now... Best regards, Christophe

Attached the full crash log. It still continues to crash. Here, when openning an index.html file from project view. Christophe Le 04/11/2021 à 18:54, Christophe Marchand a écrit :

Hello, Please note that we have not tested Oxygen v21 with macOS 12 Monterey. Officially only v24.0 and later support the new OS version. v21.0 is known to be broken since macOS 10.15 (Catalina). You need at least v21.1 build 2019101513 for macOS 10.15, but note that there are some known issues even for that on macOS 11 (I expect the same on 12), as mentioned below. Regarding the Oxygen support for macOS, note that: *- v24.0 **and later are the only ***versions ***compatible that ****officially **support macOS **Monterey.* *- v23.0 **and later are the only ***versions ***compatible that ****officially **support macOS Big Sur. They do work fine on **macOS **Monterey though.* **- v22.1* build 2020121713 is **compatible *with macOS Big Sur at this time. This latest build has been patched to work on macOS Big Sur. Earlier builds/versions of v22.1 from before December 2020 (202012) are not not fully compatible. **********- v22.0, **v21.1* build 2019101513, v20.1 and v19.1 *****build***2019120217 start ****on macOS Big Sur, but **are NOT fully compatible* and are known to have issues. For example deleting files in the Project view will not work and the macOS option *"/Prefer tabs/" (**Preferences -> General**)* needs to be set to "/*never*/" to avoid lockups. We do not provide support for these versions running on macOS Big Sur or later. * - v21.0, v20.0, v19.0 and older of Oxygen are NOT compatible *with macOS Big Sur or even macOS Catalina and are unlikely to work. We do not provide support for these versions running on macOS Catalina or later.|| Regards, Adrian Adrian Buza oXygen XML Editor and Author Support On 04.11.2021 21:50, Christophe Marchand wrote:
