Hi, Inspired by the fantastic how-to video by Costin Sandoi at http://www.oxygenxml.com/demo/FrameworkConfiguration.html, I've put together a framework for NLM/NISO JATS. It comes with DTDs for the latest versions of JATS (NISO Z39.96-2012) v1.0, and the draft of the related format, NLM BITS 0.2 (using most of the same tagging as the journal articles except for books). https://github.com/wendellpiez/oXygenJATSframework It's a beta, and contributions are welcome.
