Hello, Try opening an http URL in Oxygen to check if remote resources are accessible via http: File > "Open URL" and in the "File URL" field paste the URL. e.g. http://www.oxygenxml.com Then try the same with a URL pointing to an image. e.g. http://www.oxygenxml.com/img/logo_oxygen.png The image will be presented in the Image Preview panel. If any of these attempts fail, check the Oxygen network settings. If the client is behind an HTTP proxy make sure that is correctly configured in: Options > Preferences, "Network Connection Settings", Proxy. In addition, if the Internet connection is slow, or the targeted server is very busy, you could attempt to increase the read timeout value from "Network Connection Settings", "HTTP(S)/WebDAV". Second test was creating an XHTML file, adding an <img> element and setting the src attribute to a web address. Same failure.

It seems Oxygen is having trouble retrieving images from http:// addresses. And, this only occurs on my client's machine. My machine works correctly. The client has web access, as we performed troubleshooting over WebEx. What could make this happen?
