keyboard shortcut: Add Docbook graphic (possible?)

I'm on XML Professional 11, XML Author mode working on a docbook project. I see there is a Add a Docbook Graphic option in a toolbar. Is there a way to configure a keyboard shortcut for this action? (That would really help!) rj -- Robert Nagle 12777 Ashford Point Dr #1417 Houston, Texas 77082 713 893 3424 htpt://www.robertnagle.info

Dear Robert, All the actions for a specific framework like DocBook, DITA, TEI, XHTML, etc. are configured from the oXygen options. To add a shortcut for that action you need to follow the following steps: - Go to Options->Preferences -- Document Type Association - In the "User role" combo make sure you have selected "Developer" instead of "Content Author" - Locate the DocBook framework that you use (DocBook 5 or DocBook 4) in the list of document types, select it and click on the Edit button - Click on the Author tab then select 2.Actions from the left - Select the action with the ID "insert.graphic" and edit it (double click on that to edit it or use the edit button from the bottom of the actions list) - Specify the shortcut for this action by typing that in the "Shortcut key" field then click Ok in all dialogs to finish Best Regards, George -- George Cristian Bina <oXygen/> XML Editor, Schema Editor and XSLT Editor/Debugger http://www.oxygenxml.com Robert Nagle wrote:

Thanks. This worked like a charm. Very cool feature. (By the way, you might want to mention this capability on this help topic, http://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/ug-oxygen/preferences-menu-shortcut-keys.html Also, I noticed that in developer mode you can also change the default view which Oxygen will use (Author/text/grid) when opening a docbook file.
