Does the DITA-OT provided with oXygen have mods to allow both .xml and .dita extensions?

Hi Does the DITA-OT provided with oXygen have modifications that support using topics with either .xml or .dita filename extensions in the same build? I am running into a problem with a different DITA-OT where we have imported files and wound up with both extensions in use at the same time. The symptom is that the .dita files are not filtered. That is, the conditions in @product are not respected, resulting in contents for 2 different products included in the output. My simple tests with our oXygen-based builds show that files with both extensions are processed correctly. Can you let me know if you made changes to support mixed extensions, and where the changes are? The version of the DITA-OT I am using is the 1.5.4 version that came with oXygen 13.2. Changing Java VM

I tried to follow this explanation to change the Java VM http://www.oxygenxml.com/forum/topic7033.html#p22000 to set oxygen to work with Java version 7. But I don’t have an JRE directoy in my oxygen installation (version 16). I am using Mac os X 10.9.2. The Mac Java control panel tells me that I have only Java versions 1.7.0_60 in the mac os, but the oxygen info via "Help > About, System properties, „java.runtime.version“" says that oxygen is using java1.6. The oxygen java.library.path system property has the value /Applications/oxygen/Oxygen XML Editor.app/Contents/Resources/Java:/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/JavaApplicationLauncher.framework/Resources:.:/Library/Java/Extensions:/System/Library/Java/Extensions:/usr/lib/java so maybe I need to change something in the Oxygen XML Editor.app so that oxygen uses java 7. I have oXygen 14.2, and I am trying to run the script to flatten xsd files. Feature request: "Replace" vs. "Replace and Find Next"

I wonder if other oXygen users would find this enhancement useful: In the Find/Replace dialogue, instead of two buttons: [Find] [Replace] have three buttons, perhaps called [Find] [Replace] [Replace and Find Next] "Replace and Find Next" would have the identical behavior that the existing Replace button has. But the "Replace" button would do the replacement and stay on the current line. The rationale: very often, when constructing a complex regular expression replacement, I want to be sure that the replacement does what I want. If I just hit "Replace", the cursor moves to the next occurrence (if there is one). So it is necessary to do one of these two things: 1) do the replacement, then do Undo to get back to the replacement line, then Redo to see the replacement; or 2) toggle "Only selected lines" before doing the replacement, then change it back to "All" to continue replacing Having the additional button would remove the need for one of those steps. Hi all, I am happy to let you know that oXygen XML Editor version 16 is available from our website: http://www.oxygenxml.com The new version introduces quick fix support and implements quick fixes for the XSLT editor. We expect the support to be extended in the following releases to cover other editors like XML Schema, Relax NG, etc. and also XML itself. A very interesting work in this area is the Schematron quick fixes that will allow a Schematron schema author not only to provide human readable error messages but also a set of actions to allow users to fix the identified issue, for details please see http://www.w3.org/community/quickfix/. In the meanwhile you can get an idea on how XSLT quick fixes work in oXygen 16 in this short video http://oxygenxml.com/demo/XSLT_Quick_Fix_Support.html The Ant editor is also a very important addition in oXygen 16. If you work with Ant scripts give oXygen 16 a try. You can even edit Ant modules in context as we extended also the master files support to include Ant scripts. You can select a scope in the XPath query field in the toolbar or in the XPath Builder view and the XPath expression will be executed on all the files selected by that scope. On the XML authoring we added better support for working with conditional content by allowing you to define colors and styles for specific profiling conditions and then apply those automatically to you can easily spot which part of the content goes to which deliverable. Also, when you focus on a specific deliverable you have the option to completely hide the content that is excluded from that. XInclude and Relax NG

I am using Version 14.2. I have a Relax NG schema that allows xi:include elements. But the validator does not appear to process the xi:include element prior to validation, as it does not pick up errors arising from the included file. I have checked Enable XInclude processing in the XML Parser settings. Is there anything else to do, or is this just not available (in my version)? Thanks, Tara

processing .fo file in Oxygen

Hi, I'd like to know how to process a .fo file in Oxygen. I understand that I can process an xml file using an XSL-FO stylesheet in order to generate a .fo file and resulting PDF, but in this case, I've already got the .fo file and would just like to render it as a PDF. Thank you, Scott
