6.0 beta Eclipse Plug in: Selects elements for no apparent reason

When editing XSLTs in Oxygen using the Eclipse plug-in it will select the element the cursor is in for no apparent reason. This is very annoying as it often happens just as I am entering a keystroke, which of course then wipes out my entire template (which I can get back but it disrupts my train of thought). Is this a bug in the beta or a setting I need to turn off somewhere? I haven't seen this behavior in the standalone version. Also, I noticed that ctrl+k (find next in Eclipse's default key binding) does not work in the Oxygen editors--I think it should. Cheers, E. -- W. feature request: pick XSL file from open editor

Hi all, Feature request: When you go to the Configure Transformation Scenario dialog, then click on New, you have various ways to specify the XSL URL: Browse for local input XSL file, etc. The way that is not offered, which would be useful, would be to select an XSL file that is currently open in one of Oxygen's editing buffers. Command-G and searching in OS X version of 6 beta

oXygen beta 6 Visual Relax NG editor chokes on large schemas

Probably a mistake, but the first document I opened with oXygen 6 beta was the Relax NG schema for the OASIS OpenDocument format: http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/11680/office-schema-1.0-c… That is a long (530KB) and complex schema, and on my system it made oXygen freeze for all practical purposes--extremely long wait times for screen rewrites, etc. (I'm running the standalone Mac OS X version on a dual G4 867MHz PowerMac). Is this something that optimization can help with before the final release? If not, is there a way to turn off the visual schema editor in the Preferences so that it won't start when a file is loaded? Dear Oxygen people, One thing I would like to see in Oxygen is a feature that's present in many editors: when you open a file, make a change, and Undo that change, it would be nice to have the modification flag (shown by an asterisk) cleared. Regards, Lars

Hello everybody, The *best version of <oXygen/> ever* is ready for a first run :). We just uploaded a beta build of the new oXygen 6 at the URLs below [1].
